Processing Time

Most Wander & Whirl items are made to order and typically ship within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.

During busy seasons, holidays, or major promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping for addresses in the United States. For non-U.S. destinations, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

Because some items may be produced or fulfilled separately, your order may occasionally arrive in more than one package.

If that happens, don't worry — additional tracking information will be sent as each package ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to update the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows unusual delays or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we'll help look into it.
