Chapter One
Our Story
We're Cody and Riki, a travel-obsessed couple from Boise, Idaho, raising two young boys with one big goal: show them as much of the world as we can.
Before kids, travel was a pretty serious hobby for us. Between the two of us, we've explored more than 100 countries, built trips around far-off places, and collected a lot of stories along the way.
The adventures look a little different now — and we love them just as much.

Rarely says no to an adventure, and usually the reason the plan gets better once we stop following it.
Becoming parents hasn't changed our desire to see the world. If anything, it's made it stronger. We want our boys to experience new places, cultures, foods, and perspectives — but we also want to fill their childhood with as much imagination, wonder, and magic as possible.
That's part of what drew us deeper into the world of theme parks. We've come to admire the imagination behind them, the obsession over tiny details, and the ability to create experiences that can completely transport you somewhere else.
There's something pretty special about watching your kids believe in the world around them — and maybe letting yourself believe in it a little too.
Wander & Whirl grew out of all of it: our love of travel, our appreciation for really well-created experiences, and all the funny, nostalgic, chaotic moments that happen along the way.

Our Philosophy
The Best Part Is Everything In Between
Vacations have a way of taking on a life of their own.
You start with a destination, a plan, maybe a few things you absolutely have to do.
Then somewhere along the way, the trip becomes something more
- A favorite tradition.
- A running joke.
- A late night.
- A familiar feeling.
- A story you didn't expect to keep telling.
That in-between space is where Wander & Whirl comes from.
We're inspired by the unofficial moments of really good vacations:
- the nostalgia
- the humor
- the chaos
- the rituals
- the personalities
- the little details
…that somehow become the things you remember most.
Our designs capture that feeling in different ways.
- Some are subtle.
- Some are playful.
- Some are for the people who instantly get the reference.
- Others just feel like a memory you'd like to keep close.
But they all come back to the same idea
The best vacations are more than the places you visit. They're the moments that happen around them.
And those are the moments worth wearing.
