Every piece is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During busy seasons or major promotions, processing may take a little longer. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.

Because items are printed on demand, we can only make changes before an order enters production. Reach out as soon as possible at support@wanderandwhirl.com and we'll do what we can — but once it's in production or has shipped, it can't be modified, canceled, or rerouted to a new address.

We accept all major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club — along with Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

We offer free shipping within the US on every order. International orders are subject to additional shipping fees, calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, estimated delivery within the U.S. is typically 3–7 business days. Add that to production time, and total time from order to delivery usually lands around 1–2 weeks. Shipping estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Yes. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. If it's been longer than that and you haven't received a confirmation, check your spam folder or reach out to us directly.

We offer a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@wanderandwhirl.com. Please don't send anything back before we've confirmed the return — items sent without a prior request won't be accepted.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If EU shipping applies, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away at support@wanderandwhirl.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We don't offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new size or design. Check our size chart before ordering to help get it right the first time.

Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low, or hang to dry for the longest print life.

It's pre-shrunk during the garment-dye process, so shrinkage is minimal. Washing cold and drying low helps preserve the original fit.

If it needs it, iron inside out on a low setting and avoid direct heat on the print itself.
